You need to make sure you have correctly set up your API and connected it to our platform. Positions are opened depending on each bot's trading window as follows :

  • Weekly bots open up to one position between Friday at midnight (UTC) and Saturday at 12am (UTC)Screenshot_2021-10-13_at_14.06.10.png
  • Daily bots open up to one position every day at midnight UTCScreenshot_2021-10-13_at_14.05.28.png
  • Hourly bots open up to one position every hour.  Screenshot_2021-10-13_at_14.05.52.png
Note that even if your account is correctly funded and set up, bots will not necessarily take the stated positions right away. Our algorithms analyze market data to obtain signals and determine the optimal time to enter a given market. A strategy can have a neutral signal, meaning that it is still waiting for a good opportunity to enter the market.

The cryptocurrency market is very volatile. That is why it is sometimes better to adopt a neutral position in order not to open a position.

When the bot detects a clear trend, it may choose to open a Long or Short position (depending on your strategy).

If no clear signals are seen by the bot, then it will keep a neutral position. This decision is intended to manage and limit the risk of capital loss.

Finally, when you subscribe to a weekly bot, if you subscribed for exemple on Monday, you don’t have to wait until next Friday at midnight UTC to see a trade. The bot will take the same trade on midnight (day of your subscription) that was taken last Friday.

On the other hand, if the bot took a neutral position last, then neither Long nor Short position will be opened for you.
