[V2] Can the bot use more capital than the amount allocated to it?

There is a basic principle that you should know: the trading budget is the total invested capacity that the bot is able to use. it will never be able to use more than your trading budget, except your portfolio exceeds this limit due to profit.

For example, if you have allocated $10,000 to the bot and your portfolio grows to $20,000, the bot will be able to use $20,000.
