[V2] How to cancel my subscription?

To cancel your HAL subscription, please follow these steps:

On the left of the screen, click on Profil:

Then, click on the Subscription tab:

Finally, you will have to click on Cancel subscription:

All you have to do is confirm the cancellation by clicking on Cancel: 

The cancellation of your subscription will take effect at the end of the current period. You can continue to use our bots until the end of the period. 

Note that we do not close positions on your exchange when you decide to no longer trade with us. You need to turn off your bot manually, and close any position you may have on your exchange.
